In 1996, a dedicated group of Landlords decided to share their experiences with each other and anyone else interested in learning the details of property management. Since then things have changed and grown in numerous ways. What remains the same is that every rental property owner needs a landlord association. The commitment of the North Central Pennsylvania Landlord Association (NCPLA) continues, and we are dedicated to serve the interests of landlords, property managers, real estate owners and apartment building owners in Northern PA.
The NCPLA is a non-profit association of professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. The association promotes a high standard of business ethics, professionalism and fair housing practice. Our members know that education and communication raise the level of our profession, so that we can manage our properties in a more efficient and effective manner while providing a needed service in our communities.
